Stephen Demopoulos is a litigation-focused attorney whose practice centers on trust and probate disputes, fiduciary misconduct, and serious civil litigation. He represents clients in contested estate matters, including inheritance conflicts and elder financial abuse, and also handles high-stakes personal injury and insurance-related claims.
In addition to litigation, Stephen advises families on estate planning and guides trustees and executors through trust and probate administration. This full-cycle experience allows him to identify how disputes arise and to resolve them efficiently and strategically.
A Los Angeles native, Stephen received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2012. He has practiced in private practice throughout California.
